Yes "Bands"... and No Not "Marching Bands" or School Bands. I am talking about "Rock & Roll", "Jazz & Blues", "Hip Hop" and "Country". Whatever "Category" those who want to Form a Group want to Define Themselves As.

Obviously, only One Band should Be Formed Initially... just to see how well The Project Would Work. And of course... that Band Should Be a "Blues Band"... which would be Versatile enough to Play Rock & Roll and Hip Hop. And if they could offer a Touch of Country Rock also... that would be Fantabulous!

As Tourism Grows within The Little Egypt Area... Entertainment Groups will Become Increasingly "In Demand". The More Versatile They are The Better. Eventually, there would be a Need for Many Bands... and Cairo would be there to Provide Them.

Perhaps more Important though... it would get The Musically Inclined Youth in Cairo Involved in a Creative Endeavor. For those Interested in College... it could even Lead to a Scholarship... which The City of Cairo might also eventually Provide. Why Not?

If We Think in Terms of "Self Expression"... and how to Promote The Various Aspects of Self Expressions (Music in This Case)... then Approaching This Project as a "Starting Point" can Lead to Many Other Endeavors which Directly and Indirectly Encourage and Promote The Growth and Essential Interest of The Individual and The Society.
