Organization
So that there is No Confusion... I am Referring to "The Act or Process of Being Organized"... and Not An "Entity"!
Although... since this is The Last Letter in "CAIRO"... and The Last Page in The "HELP CAIRO" Section... I thought it was Ironically Appropriate that there would be a "dual meaning" for "Organization"... since it is Important to Recognize both The Process and The Entity of The Organization of Cairo.
Cairo is An Organization... Being Made Up of Various "Parts"... Including It's Infrastructure and Institutions and Government... and Most Importantly... People. This Is Good!
Cairo is Also Organized... Being Made Up of Interactive Parts... for The Most Part Working Fairly Harmoniously... though Strained! This Is Good!
But when We Look Closer at The People... We Can't Help But Notice that There is a Lack of Organization... and that The People and Government are Not Interacting Very Well. This is Not Good!
Reminds Me of a Question I Once Posed to a Junior High Class. I asked The Class to Define "Integrity"! Of course, I had The "Correct Answer" in My Head! But rather than Giving Me The Conventional Definition referring to "Ethical Principles" or "Moral Character"... A Young Lady in the front row Said "When Everything Works Together". How Beautifully Simple and Yet Innocently Profound! I was Instantly Reminded of how "The Teacher" is Always and Foremost "The Student".
So Many Times... The Answers are Right in Front of Us... If We Can Simply Look On The Questions with An Unbiased "Eye".
As Mayor... I Will Try Very Hard to Improve Organization within The Organization... and also Inspire Integrity in both It's Definitions.
Maybe Someday We'll Know a Time... "When Everything Works Together".
