The Bottom Line... is "Cairo's Problems" are not just Cairo's Problems. They are Problems that concern The Whole Region... The Whole State... and Even The Nation Itself. It is to The Benefit of Literally Everyone that Cairo Succeeds in Becoming The Thriving and Dynamic City it has The Potential and Capacity of Becoming. We are not in This Alone!

But... of Utmost Importance... We Have to Assertively Meet The Challenges and Opportunities that will Inevitably Come Our Way... and Show The Region and State that We as a Community "United" are Committed and Dedicated to not only Revitalizing... but Ushering Cairo into The 21st Century as a Major City of National Interest and Importance.

If We Want Help... Then First We Have to Help Ourselves! If We Can Sincerely Do That... Then I have No Doubt that The Area and State will Join In. They would be Foolish Not To!  :)

First... We have to Start Working Together as a Team! That includes Everyone! Not just The City Government... but also Cairo's Institutions... and It's People. We have to Get On The Same Page... and Work Towards The Same Goals. Pessimism has to turn into Optimism... and We have to Realize that it isn't a Personal "Sacrifice" that is Being Made... but an Investment In Each and Everyone's Future. With The Right Attitude... "Saving Cairo" can be a Win/Win Adventure for Us All.
