While most of My Creative Endeavors are still in The "Working" Stages... I have managed to Finish Many Works... in Various Aspects of The Written Medium. Some of The Articles Included in This Section are "Letters to The Editor" for The Cairo Citizen. Throughout most of My Adult Life... I have Contributed Numerous Articles (Most of Them Lost) to The Citizen with "Cairo" as The Main Subject. Motivated by Nostalgia and Concern for Cairo and It's Future... I have tried to both Inspire and Give Moral Support to The Citizens of Cairo... and Those Who have Tirelessly tried to "Make a Difference". Other Articles included here are Directly or Indirectly Related to The Issues I Consider Important to Cairo, It's Institutions... and My Campaign for Mayor. Having Grown Up in Cairo... I have a Vested Interest in The Growth and Well Being of This Historic and Fascinating City. Having Lived here for the last 16 Years... I have had a First Hand Experience of The more recent Social and Political Struggles it has Endured... and The Consequent Gradual Decline of Its Population and Infrastructure. Fortunately... Cairo is one of those Cities that has "Essentially" Everything going for it. "Potential" has never been Cairo's Problem. Lack of Vision and Direction... and Responsible Government Has! It's Time for Change...
